Preparation, processing and reading of small tuna spines

Preparation of spines of small tunas (Auxis rochei, Sarda sarda and/or Euthynnus alletteratus), processing, cutting, preparation of slides and age reading/interpretation of growth marks. If enough samples are processed this could be used for complementing current age and growth studies and inclusion in a scientific report and/or paper.

This work is part of IPMA's contribution to the ICCAT Small Tunas working group.
