Drivers of plastic pollution in south Bay of Biscay

Recent evidences of high levels of microplastics pollution in the seabed make it urgent to find best ways of prevention of public behaviors that contribute to increase environmental microplastics loads. Secondary microplastics product of bigger plastic objects' degradation are especially abundant at sea. Students will conduct field work in estuaries (from the shore) and public survey methodology to understand main drivers of plastics pollution in South central Bay of Biscay (Spain).
